Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Astrolume (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

Astrolume is licensed, not sold, for personal, non-commercial use on devices that you own or control. Subject to these Terms, WELLPEACH grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App.

Astrolume is provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. Astrological insights (Western natal chart), East-Asian Saju (Four Pillars) readings, tarot spreads, and numerology calculations describe tendencies and traditional symbolism — not predictions of the future or factual claims about you or anyone else.

The App does not provide:

Always consult a qualified professional for matters that affect your health, finances, legal status, or relationships. Decisions you make based on the App's content are your own responsibility.

In-App Purchases

Astrolume offers an optional Premium Lifetime purchase ($4.99 USD or local equivalent, one-time payment). This unlocks:

Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Astrolume never sees your payment information.

Your purchase entitles you only to the features or content described at the time of purchase. We may offer additional, separate paid features or products in the future. If we do, they will be described at the point of purchase, and they will not create any obligation or right to compensation for existing users. 구매하신 이용권은 구매 시점에 안내된 기능·콘텐츠에 한하여 이용 권한을 부여합니다. 개발자는 향후 별도의 유료 기능이나 상품을 제공할 수 있으며, 이 경우 해당 상품은 구매 시점에 안내되고 기존 이용자에게 어떠한 보상 의무나 권리도 발생시키지 않습니다.

"Lifetime" refers to the operating lifetime of the App — that is, for as long as the App is offered and supported by the Developer (see the Termination section below) — not the lifetime of the user or the device. If the App or service is discontinued, access to that benefit ends as described in the Termination section. '평생'은 이용자나 기기의 수명이 아니라, 개발자가 앱을 제공·지원하는 운영 기간을 의미합니다(아래 Termination 섹션 참조). 앱 또는 서비스가 종료되면 해당 혜택에 대한 접근도 Termination 섹션에 기재된 바에 따라 종료됩니다.

We may modify, add, remove, or discontinue features, content, or the App itself at any time, and we are not liable to you for doing so.

Payment, VAT & Right of Withdrawal (결제·부가세 및 청약철회)

In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive or store your card or payment details. 인앱 구매는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play를 통해 처리되며, 개발자는 카드 정보 등 결제 수단 정보를 직접 수집·저장하지 않습니다.

The price displayed at the point of purchase is the final amount you pay and includes VAT (value-added tax) where applicable, including in the Republic of Korea. Local tax rules of your country may apply. 구매 시점에 표시되는 가격은 부가가치세(VAT)가 포함된 최종 결제 금액입니다(대한민국 포함. 국가에 따라 현지 세금 규정이 적용될 수 있습니다).

You may request withdrawal (purchase cancellation) within 7 days of purchase in accordance with applicable law, including the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Because the purchased digital content (the Premium Lifetime unlock) is delivered and applied immediately upon purchase, withdrawal may be limited for the portion already provided, to the extent permitted by applicable law; even then, a refund may still be available under the store's own refund policy. 구매일로부터 7일 이내에는 관련 법령(전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 등)에 따라 청약철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 다만 구매 즉시 콘텐츠(프리미엄 평생 이용권)가 제공·적용되는 디지털 콘텐츠의 특성상, 이미 제공이 완료된 부분에 대해서는 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위 내에서 청약철회가 제한될 수 있으며, 이 경우에도 각 스토어의 환불 정책에 따른 환불은 가능할 수 있습니다.

How to request a withdrawal or refund (청약철회·환불 방법):

Because in-app payments are collected by the store operator (Apple/Google), whether, when, and how a refund is issued follows each store's refund policy, and refunds are made to the original payment method. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory statutory consumer rights you have under applicable law. 인앱 결제 대금은 스토어 운영자(Apple/Google)가 수납하므로 환불 여부·시기·방식은 각 스토어의 환불 정책 및 절차에 따르며, 환불은 원 결제 수단으로 이루어집니다. 본 조항은 관련 법령상 소비자에게 보장되는 강행규정상의 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.

Astrological & Tarot Content

Astrolume's content (descriptions of zodiac signs, planets, Saju pillars, Five Elements, tarot card meanings, numerology life paths) is original writing by WELLPEACH, based on public-domain astronomical facts, traditional symbolism in the public domain (e.g., the Rider-Waite tarot design from 1909), and East-Asian calendrical conventions in the public domain (e.g., heavenly stems and earthly branches).

Content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Astrological and tarot symbolism is interpretive and varies between traditions and authors.

User Conduct

Astrolume does not require an account and does not host user-generated content for other users. You agree not to use the App in any manner that could:

Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WELLPEACH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT — INCLUDING DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON ASTROLOGICAL, SAJU, TAROT, OR NUMEROLOGY INFORMATION DISPLAYED.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

If we permanently discontinue the App, we will give at least 30 days' advance notice via an in-app notice or this website. Purchasers of Premium Lifetime will have received the benefit for the period the App was available; upon discontinuation, the benefit is deemed fully provided for that period, and no additional compensation is owed except as required by mandatory applicable law. 앱 제공을 영구적으로 종료하는 경우, 앱 내 공지 또는 본 웹사이트를 통해 최소 30일 전에 사전 고지합니다. 프리미엄 평생 이용권 구매자의 경우 앱이 제공된 기간 동안 혜택이 제공된 것으로 보며, 종료 시 강행법규가 요구하는 경우를 제외하고 추가 보상 의무는 발생하지 않습니다.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. For users in the European Union, this clause does not deprive you of mandatory consumer-protection rights under your country's law.
