Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Astrolume (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

Astrolume is licensed, not sold, for personal, non-commercial use on devices that you own or control. Subject to these Terms, WELLPEACH grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App.

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or sell the App or any part of it
• Modify the App or create derivative works based on it
• Remove proprietary notices or labels
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

Entertainment Disclaimer

Astrolume is provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. Astrological insights (Western natal chart), East-Asian Saju (Four Pillars) readings, tarot spreads, and numerology calculations describe tendencies and traditional symbolism — not predictions of the future or factual claims about you or anyone else.

The App does not provide:

• Medical, mental health, or psychiatric advice
• Legal advice
• Financial or investment advice
• Relationship counseling
• Career counseling

Always consult a qualified professional for matters that affect your health, finances, legal status, or relationships. Decisions you make based on the App's content are your own responsibility.

In-App Purchases

Astrolume offers an optional Premium Lifetime purchase ($4.99 USD or local equivalent, one-time payment). This unlocks:

• Ad-free access (all banners and interstitials removed)
• Unlimited saved people for compatibility
• Celtic Cross 10-card tarot spread
• Watermark-free share cards

Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Astrolume never sees your payment information.

• Refund requests must be made directly through Apple App Store or Google Play, per their respective policies. We have no authority to issue refunds on their behalf.
• Premium activation is tied to your Apple ID or Google account.
• Restore Purchases is available in Settings if you reinstall the App or switch devices.
• Family Sharing is supported per Apple's and Google's policies.

Astrological & Tarot Content

Astrolume's content (descriptions of zodiac signs, planets, Saju pillars, Five Elements, tarot card meanings, numerology life paths) is original writing by WELLPEACH, based on public-domain astronomical facts, traditional symbolism in the public domain (e.g., the Rider-Waite tarot design from 1909), and East-Asian calendrical conventions in the public domain (e.g., heavenly stems and earthly branches).

Content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Astrological and tarot symbolism is interpretive and varies between traditions and authors.

User Conduct

Astrolume does not require an account and does not host user-generated content for other users. You agree not to use the App in any manner that could:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Harm, threaten, or harass any person
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the App's functionality

Third-Party Services

Astrolume relies on the following third-party services (see Privacy Policy for details):

• Google AdMob — advertising
• Firebase Analytics — anonymous usage statistics
• Firebase Remote Config — feature flags & maintenance prompts
• Apple App Store / Google Play — in-app purchase processing

Each third party operates under its own terms and privacy policy.

Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WELLPEACH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT — INCLUDING DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON ASTROLOGICAL, SAJU, TAROT, OR NUMEROLOGY INFORMATION DISPLAYED.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. For users in the European Union, this clause does not deprive you of mandatory consumer-protection rights under your country's law.
